 Stitched the star using the "Howland" star.  The background is the serendipity stitch in blue silk.

Stitched the collar with Neon Rays. Looks yucky.

New blush, blue eyes, and a hairdo.

Bluebonnet is the Texas state flower.  Happy New Year to you all!

Bedtime on Sunday night

Bad case of wind burn

Changing that bright pink on the cheeks.  College kids drove off this morning.  High school kids gone to play tennis.  Momma sitting down to stitch.  Hoping needle and thread keep me from eating the wallpaper.  Have eaten everything else in the last week!

Kelly Clark's Patchwork Halloween Pear

I went to The Needle Works today and got the thread to finish this pear's stitching.  Embellishment comes next.   For those of you still on the hunt, there is a lot of canvas still at The Needle Works at 40% off.  Thread is also on sale.  Best take advantage soon.  The sale is over this Saturday.

Pears and Snowmen

I spent some time yesterday stitching on this Kelly Clark pear that I got from The French Knot.  They come all kitted up with a guide.  I changed the body stitch.  I like the pavilion stitch.  I think the leaves will need to be darker and have more nap.  

I stitched the snowman below many years ago.  I have used the background stitch and threads many times.  I think this may be the only snowman I have ever stitched.
