Melissa Shirley Red Pear with Snowflakes

I bought this pretty pear at the ANG sale.  I am stitching the background in alternating continental using size 8 Kreinik.



I am stitching the snowflakes in basketweave using Kreinik 5760 in size 8.

    Absolutely lovely!! I've started using 5760 as my white on canvases and think it is so much better than 032.
    Is this a birthday or Christmas gift???
