This is my Swan ornament that I received from my fellow Swan, Stacy. It could not be any more perfect for me and I want you all to see every inch of it.

Other swan ornaments from years gone by:
Love them all, especially the boy-made Nativity and the United Methodist symbol. Did you draw that one up yourself?
ReplyDeleteThanks. I treasure the little clay one. The Methodist one was purchased, but I am not sure where. Merry Christmas!
DeleteA lovely visual Christmas present! Very inspirational-makes me want to break out the needle and stitch instead of work on the list of to-do's marked for today! Love them all- the little red pouch with the gold and green is a real standout- along with, well all of them! Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteMe, too, Judy! Maybe tonight? Thanks!
DeleteThey are all beautiful! Who is the canvas artist on the nativity ornament. Fourth one down in years gone by pictures
ReplyDeleteThank you. That is a Shelly Tribbey. Lisa did that for me and I believe it was the first one I received when we started the exchange. I love it!
DeleteOh my....I remember so many of these coming through the shop...all whispers if the receiver was in the shop...a lot of hiding behind a thread display to discuss a stitch here...a thread there. Good memories. Thank you for posting all. Merry Christmas to you!
ReplyDeleteThere is an entire needlepoint master class embodied in this post. Wonderful ornaments, beautifully stitched! Thanks for photographing and posting them.
ReplyDeleteDoes each participant finish their ornament? The thought gives me willies :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, ladies. Each one of us stitches the ornament and has it finished by the finisher of their choice. It is the most fun.
DeleteSteph, I'm so behind in visiting. Just no time to sit at the compute. I'm taking a few moments this morning with coffee to stop in and say hi. Love seeing all these darling ornaments. Do you know who designed the square one with Santa and the animals? I have to stitch this one. ;-)
ReplyDeleteMerry, Merry to all of you..........Love ~ Sarah
Hi Steph--Any chance you could find out the name of the designer of the ornament you received this year? I love that nativity--it's so very different from any others I've seen.
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Carol S.
The designer is Susan Roberts. She has several 3-D houses that are adorable.
