Day by day, stitch by stitch

Roof in Oblique Brick
I know you can't see the elements of the stitch very well, but I promise it looks good

Basketweave
I stitched the inside of the windows with two strands of black floss.

Vertical Encroaching Gobelin
I stitched the front of this house with one strand of Burmilana.

A little progress

Tree Amadeus
Very interesting stitch that I tried.  Large with a lot of height.  I don't know where you would use it but fun to try new stuff.

Staggered Diagonal Parisian Variation
I found the above stitch on one of my aps from Ruth Schmuff.   Looks perfect here.

A little here, a little there

Another long busy day with very little time for stitching.  I used two strands of floss to basketweave the houses

I used three strands of floss to start basketweaving all the colors of the church.

It's a wrap

It's finshed
Remember this belt I bought for my daughter to stitch? Her momma finished it yesterday.  Off to the finishers.

Back to the Village Scene by Ewe and Eye

I had not finished the water.  I went back to it last night and noticed the stitch pattern was off.  I took it all out.

As I found it

Day 3 and we're done

Day 3 of my Tony Minieri class at The Needle Works.  We are tired, but still having fun!  Remember this funky little thing?

It will be tacked down for the front wing of the dove.  Pretty creative.

Wing for the dove
Our angel got her hairdo.  Tightly packed rows of Outline Stitch.

Donna is working on this cute Charlie Harper piece.   BIG stumpwork berries are darling.

See you on Monday.
