Look What I Got

Tea and Crumpets by Princess and Me
Sweet Kim the excellent finisher gave me this as a thank you.  The iconic red double decker bus of London.  I will stitch it up to commemorate our trip there this summer.  Thank you, Kim!

It's a Pear Wonderland Here

All these pears are by Kelly Clark.  I am stitching the cream area of this one in the reverse continental with three strands of silk.

Harlequin pear from The French Knot
I got this one back from the finisher and can't decide on the ribbon.

Halloween Patchwork pear from The Needle Works

Other ribbon choice

Sew charms on the bottom?
Project for the weekend.  I had the cutest little girl help me with my bead selections.

I think you are going to forgive me

I didn't post yesterday but I think you will forgive me.  This entire set of The Twelve Days of Christmas by Melissa Shirley was stitched by ML using stitch guides from The Needleworks.  The finishing was done by Kim Hollifield.

More finishing and Swedish MIL

Kathy Schenkel mini stocking

DC stitched this to commemorate her child's summer "Down Under".  What a precious keepsake!

Texas Painted Pony Angel
I stitched this for me and no other.  I am native Texan after all.

Shelly Tribbey ornament
My MIL is of Swedish heritage and most of her ornaments are red and white.  I found this at Amy's Golden Strand the last time I was there.  Working away since the finishing deadline is looming.

Hope you think it was worth the wait

I haven't stitched in the last couple of days.  I was preparing for a Swan birthday party at my house.   Here's what I saw...
3-D tomato
KH started this earlier this summer.  She not only stitched it but finished it as well.

View from the top with better light
In addition to the cuteness above, she has stitched and finished all the Peteis below since February.  Did I mention she's a librarian with a family?

Painted Pony WOOF mini angel

She finished this for me.  So cute!

Kelly  Clark pear from The French Knot
In a vain effort to be as productive as KH, I put forth maximum effort and finished this.  Off the frame and ready to go to my finisher.

Endless basketweave to hop scotching

Green Magi from Heartstrings
Off the frame and ready to go to the finishers.

Camel from Heartstrings Nativity
Instead of finishing the Christmas ornaments for this year, I put this man on the frame.  He comes with a stitch guide.

What is the hump covering called?

Halloween ornament from Heartstrings
I also put this on the frame.  I could not resist.
