  1. Looks great, Stephanie! I love living vicariously through all your stitching. Right now all I have time for is belts. :-)

Strange question- what are all the dangly thread pieces (like in the second picture)? Are those from your waste knots? I don't use waste knots (I just just hold the tail on the back and stitch over) so am not quite sure.

    1. I am a lazy stitcher. Those are all threads that need to be anchored. Sometimes I have to pull them through and wait for a place to anchor them. Mostly they are hanging because I don't want to turn that big canvas over every time I finish a thread. OR if I am going to use it again a little further down the road, I pull it through and then run it behind stitching instead of anchoring, snipping and restarting. Thanks for looking.
      P.S. I love needlepoint belts.

  2. Steph-Thank you for sharing. You are doing a great job! You and I are on the same late night schedule! 2AM is my usual stopping time, too! Insane, and I have tried over the years to switch myself and it just doesn't work!

    1. You are a known night owl! My posting time is on California time for some reason. Maybe because that is where Google is based. Love your stuff!

  3. Hi Steph,
You have done a beautiful job on this piece. I wish I had as much accomplished on this canvas as you have.
Last box arrived from Talbots so now I am ready to go to Memphis.

    1. I bought a couple of shirts from Talbot's on my shopping spree the other day. Maybe we will be twins! My daughter is coming home tomorrow for four days. Once she goes back, the packing will begin!
