More of the Chi O Round

My needlepoint mojo is firing on all cylinders.  I finished the gold stripes and was pondering using the knotted stitch in three rows for the white/red/white stripe.  Too bulky.  I turned the canvas 1/4 clockwise and used the knotted stitch.  I used four strands of floss for the white and three strands of silk for the cross.  I threaded two needles and completed the red cross with every long white stitch.  Beats three rows of tent stitching.

  1. Absolutely fabulous! I am going to remember that one.

    1. I love all the stitches and I'm patiently waiting for this sweet young designer to do some Zeta. I'm ready when she is.

  2. I love that! I have to look up what stitch that is and try it.
