Time for some serious stitching

We won at City Hall!  After nine grueling months, the city council voted 9-2 to phase short-term rental type 2s, mini-hotels out of residential zones!  Woohoo!  I am itching to be stitching.  What shall I stitch on after I get through that mountain of ironing?
