On Sunday of Memorial Day weekend it rained all day. So I stitched all day. I stitched the tree trunk and branches using a twisted thread in packed outline. I filled in the background around it using one strand of Lorikeet in the t-stitch. I stitched the leaves in two strands of overdyed cotton in the lazy daisy stitch.
