This came in the mail today. It is as beautiful in person as the picture. The design area is indeed only 9x11. I saw that, read that, but was still pleasantly surprised by the size. I may actually finish it in less than 2 years.

I shouldn't have, but I did. I put it on stretcher bars and did the tree. Should have worked on the Christmas ornaments, but didn't. My bad.
Added these late at night for bootsandbeads.blospot.com and anyone else who needs to see them.
Love it! Do you have a guide? Still can't decide on my TM piece. Maybe this, maybe the one with hips, maybe new one. Decisions, decisions. I love the stone house and rolling hills on this one. Your tree is pretty!
ReplyDeleteI don't have a guide. I thought I would do what I could and then take to a RAD in the spring. Thank you! I don't think you could go wrong with either one in the TM class.
DeleteHi Steph,
ReplyDeleteBeautiful canvas. Great stitch for the tree. I am working on the walls on the front of the Thanksgiving House. Not ready for kit 3 to arrive today.
Linda
Kit #3 arrives today?! I am still bumbling around on the roof.
DeleteWhy not start something new, makes you happy! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteYes, why not indeed?
DeleteWhy not! There are no rules when it comes to stitching. ;-)
ReplyDeleteLove this one. Wish I were there by that pond this weekend........Sarah
Me, too. I will be beaching it soon. Almost as good as a house on a pond.
Deletelove those candy canes! i'm surprised you had enough self control to stop at the tree! such a beautiful piece....
ReplyDeleteSelf-control had nothing to do with it! Just got tired, tired, tired. It was a very busy day with driving my tennis player a million places, tile man, wallpaper man, decorator, and I don't know who all else in and out of here. All fun, but looking forward to vacation ASAP.
DeleteLove the canvas. It came fast. I would have had to start too.
