Middle third |
This is really a dreadful picture. Why didn't I move that thread hanging down the middle? Despite the distraction, I hope you enjoy the wonderful stitches Amy came up with for this Rebecca Wood stocking. I am using a stitch guide created for me by Amy Bunger at Amy's Golden Strand in Memphis, Tennessee, and I love it. If you like it, it is available on her website.
It is beautiful Stephanie. I just need to get through the pear Christmas Banner before I can start another large project. This stocking is in the running on my list for the next couple of big projects.
ReplyDeleteI have really enjoyed stitching this stocking. You probably can't tell from the picture, but all the lettering is done with black beads. So cute! I should finish it this week. Good luck making the choice.
DeleteIt is beautiful! I have sent a stocking to Amy's for my June class project and I can't wait! I think her stitch guides are so so good!
ReplyDeleteI hope you will post pictures on Facebook.
DeleteHi Steph,
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful! Amy writes the most amazing stitch guides. April first is almost here. My fingers area itching to stitch the roof.

Steph, it is wonderful! I love the threads and stitches you're using. Amy is a genius. How many stockings are you working on?
ReplyDeleteG-Right now I am working on two. One for me and one for my daughter. Hopefully, those will be the last two for awhile.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun piece to stitch. Is M getting a new Christmas stocking?
ReplyDeleteShe sure is!
