Off to Amy's for a Rent Amy Day with four bestest friends! We had the best time hanging around Amy's Golden Strand in Memphis with Amy, Jill, and the other lovely ladies at the store.

I took this piece. Amy came up with the perfect stitches and the perfect threads. While I waited my turn at the store and during the slumber party in my room, I stitched on my Painted Pony SMU mini-angel.
I came home with a couple of other things.

DeleteThis makes me really ready for my stitching retreat in a few weeks. Around 30 of us head to an abbey about an hour away and stitch from Thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. We have a large stitching room in the same building as our sleeping arrangements and we can come and go, stitch, eat and sleep as we want. It is a wonderful weekend to get away and have a blast. I am so ready! Looks like you had a great time as well.
