Turkey by the back door |
I had to figure out how to rotate my upside down photo of the back door. I love the pies cooling on the stoop. Can you just imagine what Amy is going to do with the turkey? Can't wait!

Progress on the roof |
This blog may get deadly dull for the next few days. I am trying to catch up on the roof. Sunday night I went from 51 shingles to 67. There are 141 on each side! Also, we have figured out the length necessary for my daughter's belt, so there will be a lot of basketweaving going on. However, you know how I jump around. We'll see what comes next.
My shingles count went from none to none, lol. It is beautiful Steph. Had a busy weekend, not much stitching done but yesterday I got the best goft ever - my daughter came home from college on vacation. Doesn't get better than this
ReplyDeleteYou got that right.
DeleteA girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!
ReplyDeleteYes, she does.
DeleteSuch cool stitches for the shingles! It's going to be fabulous!
ReplyDeleteAmy just writes the best stitch guides. I would have just satin stitched them all. How boring would that have been?
DeleteStephanie,
ReplyDeleteThis is going to be spectacular when it is done. You have a lot more drive than I do when it comes to big projects. I'm sure you will do a beautiful job and I can wait to see your progress.
Diane
Aren't you the one with the 30" nutcracker? Don't talk to me about drive, you got it all.
